Ryan Salame, the co-chief government of FTX’s Bahamas entity, referred to as FTX Digital Markets, instructed the Bahamas Securities Fee on Nov. 9 that “shoppers’ property which can have been held with FTX Digital had been transferred to Alameda Analysis,” in accordance with a letter to the Bahamas Police Commissioner disclosed this week. This is able to represent “misappropriation, theft, fraud or another crime,” Christina Rolle, Government Director at Securities Fee of The Bahamas wrote to the Commissioner.
